This past week, Dr. Quinn received an IWEC Award in Manama, Bahrain. 💛

This year’s theme was Ubuntu - “I am because we are.” That quote seemed so perfect - it captures everything I believe about leadership and what we’re building at Mirjam Quinn & Associates.

IWEC celebrates women business owners around the world who are creating real impact, and I was so proud (and floored lol) to join awardees from 22 countries in this incredible global community.

With the U.S. Department of State among its sponsors, this recognition feels especially meaningful - both as a business milestone, but more importantly, an affirmation that values-driven organizations can thrive and grow.

I’m so proud that MQA is being recognized for showing that you can scale a successful practice while staying deeply people-centered: supporting and celebrating clinicians, strengthening families, and creating a workplace where amazing professionals can do their best work.
