🌿 Where Are They Now: Maura Morales

Maura was part of the MQA family from March 2018 through June 2025, and we’re thrilled to spotlight her this week!

After years of providing compassionate, grounded care at MQA, Maura took the leap into private practice with Morales Therapy PLLC, where she is currently welcoming new clients. You can reach her at mmoralestherapy@gmail.com to schedule.

Q: "What is your favorite MQA memory?"
A: "My favorite MQA memories happened during the pandemic (oddly enough, lol) running down the long quiet hallways in our slippers and cracking jokes with Morgan and Colleen as we tried to keep our heads afloat during a time when the world was shut down and we didn't know what tomorrow would bring."

Q: "Who was your favorite MQA coworker?"
A: “Meaghan Cusack! She always made time to provide a space where I could bounce ideas off her and chat about our personal lives as well. She brought me a sense of connection and grounding, which is so important in our line of clinical work.”

Q: "What do you miss most about MQA?"
A: "Our potluck style team meeting breakfasts at Lauren's house or our annual Reiki sessions with Lisa Espinosa. Both of those events made me feel connected and cared for in the group."
