✨ Farewell & Best Wishes ✨

Today we say goodbye (for now) to one of our beloved families 💕. Mom has been part of our dental family since childhood, cared for by Dr. Malouf at our Altadena location. Over the years, they remained with us as Dr. Cheng carried on Dr. Malouf’s legacy — and even journeyed with us through the challenges of the fires and our temporary space.

Now, this wonderful family is off to start a new chapter in North Carolina! We are so grateful for your trust, loyalty, and the joy you’ve brought to our office through the years. You’ll always have a dental home here with us, and we wish you nothing but the best in this exciting new season.

🌟Finally! Last week we had two days together for team learning and bonding! 🌟

Dr. Bethany usually spends just one day a week with a team member for procedures at another office, while the rest of the crew supports Dr. Craig and hygiene team at Dr. Abe’s office. So, having everyone together was such a treat!

Day one was all about growth at Finance Camp—learning how to set ourselves up for personal and professional success.

Day two with was incredibly meaningful, especially as we reflected on how far we’ve come since losing everything at our Altadena office from the fires. From finding a multiple temporary locations to starting from scratch, it’s been a challenging road.

Despite the emotional rollercoaster, we’ve been blessed with so much support. This time together helped us focus on gratitude, planning for an exciting future, and improving systems to make patient care in our temporary space seamless. We even ended it with a calming sound bath! Thank you ❤️

Those two days reminded us how thankful we are for our incredible team, our loyal patients, and the chance to continue doing what we love—even during this temporary season. Your trust means everything to us, and we can’t wait for what’s ahead! ❤️

DUE TO THE FIRES AT EATON CANYON, TWENTY28 DENTISTRY WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Our area has been evacuated and our team is safe.

Unfortunately, our office is currently without power, which prevents us from accessing our system to contact patients directly about appointments. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Once it is safe to return to the office, we will reach out to reschedule all affected appointments.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time. Our thoughts and prayers are with the first responders working tirelessly to contain the fires and with everyone affected.

This team is truly incredible! We had the best time celebrating the end of our last workday before the holidays, reflecting on all the love and care we’ve shared with our patients, their families, and to one another. We are so grateful to hear from our patients time and time again how much they notice and appreciate our team culture and the way we care for each other—it’s our greatest strength! And yes, we definitely know how to have fun with all the holiday games we played last night before our delicious team dinner at Star Leaf.
