but if it were that simple, you wouldn’t still be struggling.

No one chooses to have anxiety.
But that doesn’t mean you have to keep suffering through it.

Today I packed up our second office and said goodbye to my first solo space… the one that’s been my “work home” for the last 5 years (!)
I’ll miss the people, the memories, and the little community we built there more than I can put into words. But this next chapter? It’s BIG✨🌙💙

A year ago I took a chance on myself and started growing my team and this past year has stretched me, challenged me, and reminded me how much I love mentorship, community, and building something meaningful together.

A lot of the ways we cope sound completely reasonable.

“I deserve this.”
“It’s been a long day.”
“I’ll deal with it tomorrow.”

And sometimes… they are okay.

But when they become automatic, they can turn into patterns that keep us avoiding, numbing, or disconnecting from what we actually need.

This isn’t about judging yourself.
It’s about noticing what’s underneath the habit.

It’s not always about being the wrong fit.
A lot of the time, it’s the pattern that’s the problem.
And the hard part is that you can care deeply about each other and still feel stuck.
But the good news is, those patterns can shift.
