Is daylight savings time throwing off your fitness groove? 😴🌙
The darker evenings can make it way too easy to head home and skip the gym but we’re not letting the clock steal our goals.
Here are a few ways to stay consistent:
💪 Pack your gym bag the night before so you can go straight from work.
🍌 Keep a quick pre-workout snack (banana, protein bar, etc.) ready so you don’t crash when the sun goes down.
📅 Schedule your workouts in your calendar like appointments non-negotiable.
🧠 Focus on how good you’ll feel after instead of how cozy your couch looks.
The time might have changed, but your goals didn’t. ⏰ Keep showing up it’s what separates progress from excuses.
