Krupitsky, D.O., who is Board certified in Family Practice, started his association with Altamonte Family Practice in 1990. He attended medical school at the New York college of Osteopathic Medicine, completed an internship in Richmond Heights, Ohio, and a Family Practice residency at Kennedy memorial Hospital in Stratford, New Jersey. He served a 2-year term as Chief of Staff at Florida Hospital Altamonte and remains involved in hospital affairs. He also, served as a staff physician for three years at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida, fulfilling a scholarship commitment. He is passionate about quality medical care and remains committed to furthering the well being of his patients

Bittersweet moment. Although we are sad to see Cindy leave AFP, we wish her well. She will always have a place here at AFP!

Dear Patient,

I am writing to share that I will be leaving my position with Altamonte Family Practice, with my last day being April 10, 2026.

Caring for you over the years has truly been one of the greatest privileges of my career. I am deeply grateful for the trust you placed in me and for the relationships we built together. It has been an honor to be part of your healthcare journey. You will continue to receive excellent care with Altamonte Family Practice and the wonderful team here.
