⚖️ Restricting ourselves to extreme diets, like one meal a day, can stress our bodies and organs. 🍔🍟 Our kidneys, the unsung heroes processing our food, need consistent energy and nutrients throughout the day. 🌞 So, if we're relying on mysterious drinks and questionable pills, it's a recipe for harming our bodies.
