I had a patient come in the office the other day that was very happy/excited. I asked how you doing ? They said the patient I referred to you for the back problems they had for years called and thanked me very much. They said their back is already feeling so much better. It made me feel so good to be able to help someone by referring them to the office.

Do you know what is more important then coming in the office with pain and spasms and then feeling better when you leave ? It is coming in the office to maintain the improvement and preventing future degeneration (arthritis) from developing !!!
Doing this for 45 years I have seen both Scenarios and the quick fixer, feel some better and gone are in much worse condition today then the ones that have maintained initial improvement.

Patient’s say my low back or neck starts hurting when it’s cold out. When it’s cold your body tries to keep your inner core temperature of 98.6 at that level using muscle contraction to produce heat. (Real cold you shiver which is rapid muscle contractions) When the muscles tighten they pull on your spine and the weak link (Induvidual joint/joints) gives some. So keep bundled up and stay warm !!!
You should always try to prevent those weak links from getting weaker (Chiropractic care).

It’s reported that on the average people are eating out 5-6 times a WEEK. (I’m surprised because talking with people that figure is low) Let’s see that’s 20-24 times a month. Can you eat out for $5, maybe $10.
20 times a month at $7.50 each time that’s at least $150 a month.
Let’s make a resolution to make our health a priority. (Just think how much we would be saving)

Prevention is not waiting to have a symptom and then get treatment to reduce the symptom. That is like waiting to have chest pain again before you get treatment from cardiologist.
