I have been reading many articles on how it is more important to maintain your health than to wait and get sick and try to fix it. Without health you have nothing. Well it’s summer time again !!! I can tell. Kids out of school and parents forget to continue to care for themselves. Parents will say I don’t want to bring my kids so let’s wait. Bring your kids, they love it and they act much better in the office then they do at home. They know what they can get away with at home. Preventing inflammation and pain from happening is so important. Don’t wait till you hurt !!!

Well summer is here already. Kids out of school and plans for the summer. Time to get of pain (if your having it) or time to do something to prevent it while you will be busy. Having pain when trying to enjoy yourself is not the best thing. Let us help you feel better.

This right here is one of my patient’s son. He started having very bad neck pain and his Mom brought him in to get treated. He definitely did not want anyone touching his neck.
YES even at a very young age your children can and will have problems with their spine from just being kids.
