It’s reported that on the average people are eating out 5-6 times a WEEK. (I’m surprised because talking with people that figure is low) Let’s see that’s 20-24 times a month. Can you eat out for $5, maybe $10.
20 times a month at $7.50 each time that’s at least $150 a month.
Let’s make a resolution to make our health a priority. (Just think how much we would be saving)

I have been reading many articles on how it is more important to maintain your health than to wait and get sick and try to fix it. Without health you have nothing. Well it’s summer time again !!! I can tell. Kids out of school and parents forget to continue to care for themselves. Parents will say I don’t want to bring my kids so let’s wait. Bring your kids, they love it and they act much better in the office then they do at home. They know what they can get away with at home. Preventing inflammation and pain from happening is so important. Don’t wait till you hurt !!!
