Client Shoutout! The staff at the Knapheide Family Wellness Center would like to acknowledge the Manufacturing Company for their innovation, encouragement and ongoing support which allows this clinic to provide the best health care in the Tri-State area. A special shot out to Jim Rubottom who spearheaded this effort 12 years ago. His efforts brought a new model of care to the Tri-State area that benefits everyone involved, especially the patients. From provider visits to no cost medications, labs, physical therapy, nurse coaching and reduced or low cost mental health services, patient's have increased access, less financial burden and more engagement than they would have otherwise. The providers appreciate the time we are able to spend with patient's to address their needs which leads to better care and better outcomes. Thank you for supporting us!

Healthcare At Work

Americans such as Lynn Jennings, as well as other early advocates of providing primary healthcare health centers on a company’s campus, realized the dysfunction plaguing our healthcare system.

As employers tried to figure out the flawed system’s inner workings, predatory firms devised dozens of ways to drive up costs. About half of America’s health-care spending delivers zero value, according to a PwC study in 2011.

WeCare tlc founders all are veterans of the medical risk management industry. From experience and actual data collected from clients and medical histories, we can quantifiably reduce the risks of injury and illness. That means employers see every dollar spent on healthcare.

Jennings and other visionaries could not stand the waste, so they pioneered the on-site primary medical care health centers model, which by 2012 already showed promise. Today, it simply is the future of healthcare.
