Since 2008, Akilah has led with compassion, purpose, and a fierce commitment to excellence. From high-risk obstetrics to oncology, she brings deep clinical expertise and a true gift for leadership.

She’s helped raise patient satisfaction, led successful quality audits, and built team cultures that drive outcomes. Now, she’s taking on her next challenge: a master’s in nursing with a focus on mental health.

Outside of work? She’s hiking, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her pets.
