Dr Roach DISC Center of America- Altamonte Springs at Roach Spine & Disc Center is amazing with this! I have been struggling with my knee/s for years and getting worst. I seen Orthosurgeon specialist last year in Aug that stuck a needle in the edema to draw fluid out and nothing came out and hurt like the dickens! Then they finally convinced me to try corticosteroid shot in it which I’m strictly against but was in so much pain and at a loss. (Oct 2024) Again hurt like all get out and then relief didn’t even last a full 24hrs. Was told there was a shot I could get to put gel in my knee joint because bone on bone and have bone spur the size of my knee cap catching anytime I bend or straighten my leg. I’m a hospital employee and ins denied it. Lastly they decided since I haven’t been able to lose the weight for surgery they could proceed anyway. (April 2025)
Luckily my very good friend found Dr Roach near her when I was visiting (July 2025) and could barely walk. I hesitantly went, very skeptical, and believe it or not… I know I was amazed I walked out after his 3 knee devices (stimulation, stretching, and red light laser) much much better than when I limped in! Highly recommend! Best money I ever spent! If I lived in the area I’d go routinely but since I do not Dr Roach is amazing and gets me in anytime I’m coming through town! You would never know I was on the verge of a knee replacement and couldn’t sleep or walk due to the incredible amount of pain and discomfort I was in 24/7. It has made such a difference in my life the last few months. I’ve been a total of 3 or 4 times since July 11. I rarely need the cane now when getting up and I can finally sleep without the tremendous pain I was in!
