Important Studio Updates - check out our latest newsletter. https://mailchi.mp/yogaunivfl.com/importantstudioupdates
Dear ASY Yogis, I want to share something from my heart.
Altamonte Springs Yoga and Yoga University are officially in rebuild mode—and I’d love for you to come along with me.
Before the COVID shutdown, our studio was full—full classes, events, trainings, laughter, and deep connection. Like so many small businesses, the COVID shutdown changed everything. We survived not because it was easy, but because we were committed. We stayed debt-free, didn’t take relief funds, leaned on our savings, and kept going—together.
Just as we were finding our footing again, life threw another curveball: I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Paul and I had only a short window to decide what to do about the studio. Even while facing the fight of my life, my heart said, keep the doors open so the community still has a place to heal. And that’s what we did—with a lot of love, grit, and grace.
Today, I’m deeply grateful to be cancer-free. And I’m finally strong enough—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—to look honestly at what the studio needs now. Not just to exist… but to thrive.
ASY has always been a place of growth, pivoting, and evolution. That evolution paused while I focused on healing. Now, it’s time to move forward again—intentionally and with care.
Rebuilding can feel uncomfortable. Change can feel uncertain. But what looked “fine” on the outside wasn’t always sustainable behind the scenes. With 26 years of studio ownership guiding me, I know this next phase is necessary—and exciting.
You’ll start to see:
✨ New classes
✨ New workshops
✨ New trainings
✨ Reorganized studio spaces
✨ A renewed vision for 2026 and beyond

My hope is that you’ll walk with me into this next chapter—practice with us, try something new, share your energy, and help shape what ASY becomes next. This studio has always been built on community, and your presence matters more than you know.
And if your path leads you elsewhere, please know you are held with nothing but gratitude and love.
Not giving this a full, honest try would be far more painful than trying.
So here we go—together.
With love, MyLinda
