Family gatherings can stir up old emotions before you even realize it. Your body often remembers what your mind has learned to ignore. Stepping into these spaces with awareness can make the experience gentler.

Before you arrive, take a moment to settle.
During the gathering, notice your cues.
If something feels too loud — emotionally or physically — step away.
Afterward, give yourself time to unwind and breathe.

Gratitude doesn’t ignore pain.
It simply helps you notice what has held you together while you’re healing.

If gratitude has felt hard this year, that’s okay.
Start with something small — something that brings you a moment of softness or grace.

Gratitude isn’t meant to be forced. It’s meant to be reflected upon and embraced when you’re ready.
You’re allowed to honor both your joy and your hurt.

Sometimes the most caring thing you can do for yourself is to step away. Not to avoid, but to give your mind and body a moment to breathe. If the conversation shifts, if your chest tightens, if the room suddenly feels heavy… listen to that.

You’re allowed to take care of yourself in real time.
You’re allowed to return when you feel ready.
You’re allowed to put your well-being first.

Your peace matters.

Financial stress is real during the holidays, and many families feel pressure to create a “perfect” season through gifts. But research shows that experiences often support emotional connection more than physical items - especially for children.

Experiences strengthen attachment, build memories, and reduce holiday anxiety. They also allow you to stay present without stretching your budget beyond what feels safe.

Whether you’re creating small moments at home or exploring low-cost opportunities in your community, experiences can support your child’s emotional well-being in ways that last.

Connection doesn’t need to be expensive to be meaningful.

Beginning a healing journey often starts with one small step — the moment you give yourself permission to choose rest, clarity, and reconnection. For this retreat, that step is your deposit.

Your $250 deposit simply holds your space. It tells our team you’re preparing to join us, and allows us to shape this experience with you in mind.
This deposit is due by January 15, 2026.
After that, your remaining balance is divided into monthly payments that continue gently until March 2, 2026. Our goal is to make this process accessible, steady, and supportive.

You can choose between two pathways:
The Signature Package, offering shared accommodations and a post-retreat coaching session…
or The Serenity Package, which includes private accommodations and expanded individual support through therapy (where eligible) or coaching.
Every part of this retreat was created to meet women where they are — tired, hopeful, healing, searching, softening. If you feel a quiet pull toward this journey, trust that. You’re responding to something within you that’s asking for care.

If you’d like the full details, comment GREECE and we’ll send it right over!

Before this retreat ever took shape, I traveled to Greece simply to listen — to the pace, the people, the stillness, and the way each place made my body feel.

I wanted to understand the environment not through photos or descriptions, but through presence. Healing begins with paying attention, and I needed to experience this journey the same way I hoped women would one day feel it.

I moved slowly. I noticed what brought a sense of calm, what encouraged breath to deepen, what allowed the mind to settle.

Those were the moments that guided the retreat.

Not the sights alone, but the feeling beneath them.

Every part of this experience was chosen with intention — practices that support the whole person, spaces that invite grounding, and rhythms that give women permission to rest.

My hope has always been that this retreat becomes a place where you can lay things down, reconnect with yourself, and return home with more softness than you arrived with.
If something in you is curious or feels gently pulled toward this journey, you are welcome to explore it.

Comment or DM “GREECE” for more information!

You don’t have to explain yourself.
You don’t have to stay in conversations that don’t feel safe.
You don’t have to carry the weight of trying to change anyone’s mind.

This season, I want you to honor you. Step away when you need to. Breathe. Re-ground. Choose connections that feel supportive and limit what doesn’t. There is nothing unkind about protecting your peace.

It's a loving act toward self and others.

If the holidays feel emotionally tender for you, you're not alone. Grant yourself grace, gentleness, and kindness.

Grief doesn’t follow a calendar, and joy doesn’t erase what still aches.
Both can sit beside each other, and both can be honored.

Give yourself permission to feel what’s true.
To soften when you need to.
To step away when it’s too heavy.
To experience joy without guilt.
To let grief move gently, without rushing it forward or pushing it away.

If you’re navigating this emotional mix, you’re not alone.

Be gentle with yourself. Be kind to your healing.

This is more than a trip. This is the ultimate gift to SELF.

It’s a space for your mind, body, and spirit to slow down, settle, and reconnect with themselves.

When life has been heavy for a long time, the body starts to ask for a different kind of care:

Not escape, but restoration.
Not distraction, but grounding.
Not a break, but a gentle shift back toward yourself. To (re)discover yourself.

Stress, grief, and burnout carry a weight that adds up quietly over time.
Choosing to pause and tend to your own well-being isn’t selfish. It’s necessary.

This journey is for the woman who has been holding so much, often without acknowledgment, and knows she deserves space to breathe again.

A place to soften.
A place to heal.
A place to remember the parts of herself she hasn’t had time to listen to.

Crying is not weakness.

Crying is your body’s way of softening what feels heavy. Releasing what is too much.

When emotions build, whether from stress, grief, tenderness, or relief, tears create a release that your nervous system sometimes cannot find in words.

Many people notice they cry more easily during this season. Increased memories, expectations, or emotional weight can bring feelings closer to the surface. If this is happening for you, it does not mean you’re losing control. It means your body is making space.

There is nothing wrong with having tears.
There is nothing weak about feeling deeply.

Crying is a natural form of regulation and healing.
You deserve the room to feel what you feel without shame.

Lean in and allow the tears to water the ground where your healing grows.
