Vittoria uses a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach, meeting each client where they are and helping them grow through self-awareness, empowerment, and practical strategies for lasting change.
Vittoria works with teens, adults, and families navigating a wide range of concerns — including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief, relationship challenges, behavioral issues, mood disorders, and stress management.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Vittoria believes therapy should offer both comfort and healthy challenge. She helps clients develop coping tools, rebuild confidence, and strengthen their sense of connection with themselves and others.
Vittoria is also Adoption Competent Certified, integrating family systems and Gestalt principles to provide a safe, empathetic, and growth-focused environment.
