The womb is more than just a physical organ—it is a sacred space of creation, intuition, and deep wisdom. It holds the imprints of our experiences, our lineage, and even the collective energy of those who came before us.

When we speak of womb healing, we’re not just talking about physical wellness but emotional, energetic, and spiritual restoration. Many of us store pain, grief, and trauma in this space without even realizing it.

Our Womb Healing Ceremony on Friday, February 13th, from 6:00-8:00 pm is an opportunity to reconnect, release, and realign with the energy of your womb through sound healing, meditation, journaling, and cacao.

In solidarity with today’s Nationwide ICE Out Shutdown, The Healing Haus will be closed on Friday, January 30.

As a healing-centered space rooted in care, justice, and nervous system safety, I’m holding space for those who are grieving, afraid, angry, exhausted, and directly impacted by systems that continue to cause harm. Closing for the day is a conscious choice—one small but intentional way to pause, disrupt business-as-usual, and stand for dignity, humanity, and collective care.

I invite our community to use this day in whatever way feels most resourcing: rest, mutual aid, reflection, learning, or action that supports safety and equity for all people.

Healing is not separate from justice. Care is not neutral.
I choose solidarity.

The Story Behind The Healing Haus Rose 🌹

People ask me often how The Healing Haus logo came to be—and the truth is, the rose chose me just as much as I chose it.

The rose has always been a symbol of the Divine Feminine, but more than that, it’s a living reminder of what healing actually looks like. Not rushed. Not forced. But unfolding in its own sacred timing.

The rose teaches us surrender and courage at the same time. It blooms fully while staying deeply rooted, holding a frequency that resonates with the heart space—inviting balance, compassion, and unconditional love.

Throughout history, the rose has been connected to goddesses like Aphrodite, Venus, Lakshmi, and Isis—each representing love, beauty, devotion, and inner power. That lineage felt aligned with the intention of The Healing Haus: a space where softness and strength coexist.

Every part of the rose holds meaning:

🌹 Petals — Each layer represents multidimensional wisdom. Our healing isn’t one-dimensional; it unfolds in layers, guided by our inner knowing and higher consciousness.

🌹 Thorns — Protection. A reminder that boundaries are sacred. Healing doesn’t mean over giving—it means honoring yourself.

🌹 Fragrance — Divine grace. The subtle scent of the rose carries a gentle, heart-opening energy, known for holding one of the highest vibrational frequencies of any flower.

The rose doesn’t bloom to be perfect. It blooms because it’s ready.
And that’s the energy I wanted infused into The Healing Haus—healing that is intentional, embodied, and deeply rooted in love.
