We always enjoy the visits from our friends of 4-H! Building relationships, serving the community, having a ministry of love for the elderly is such a life long memory and experience. Thank you for these opportunities!

There is such peace in knowing when you get into bed at night that if you need help… there is someone there! There is peace in a good meal, conversation, having your nails manicured! You aren’t giving up your independence! You are adding a safety net!

Rydan Deckard serves on the USS Roosevelt. Rydan was a Certified Med Aid and excellent caregiver for our residents and is still a big part of our thoughts and prayers each day! Rydan’s family frequently volunteer at the building in so many ways…they treat us to pizza lunches, come and sing, visit, play games and all around Mae themselves available to the residents. Thank you to the Deckard’s for being a huge part of the Shepherds View house !

Are you a night owl, Self motivated, with a heart for the Elderly? We are currently hiring for night shift only, this is a waking shift (no sleeping). Must be 20 years old or older, able to pass a physical and drug test. If this sounds like you stop on by and get an application!

Hippity hoppity Easter is on its way! Ooh my times going fast! Easter is just 2 short weeks away! To help our family at Shepherds’s view Celebrate this year we are asking for donations of candies and other Easter goodies we can put together baskets for everyone! Currently we have 27 amazing residents we would love to spoil just a little more this holiday! If you wish to donate items you may bring them down to shepherds view by April 1st so we have time to get them all made!
