After 30 years in healthcare I still cheer for the night shifts. My favorite shift in the hospital. Why? Shift differential pay of $1 gave me an additional $2000 per year. Less distractions. Way less. Autonomy in the workplace gives a responsible employee the opportunity to showcase their skills and knowledge…gaining expertise in healthcare. Dayshift was always to peopley! Love is in the air! We will be celebrating this months Day of LOVE with a dance! February 12th from 1pm -3pm Couch FCCLA and Shepherds' View will host a Valentines dance for our Residents (family members are encouraged to help them doll up and enjoy the party!)
