In Your Own Time

Whatever you are healing from right now,

Everyone obsesses over nutrition, and certainly it’s important, but we can’t forget what we feed our head and heart daily rewires our biochemistry just as much as food does.

Im taking a pause with my Monday classes because both of my kids are playing a sport and there schedule has changed.
Thankfully Gretchen and Dory are subbing for me. Ill be back in the studio as soon as my schedule opens back up. Thank you for understanding 🫶
