WOW!! 🤩 You guys have spoken! The first class has been filled in less than 24 hours so I’ve added a second Core & Pelvic Floor Basics class

This class is for you if:
-you’ve had kids (recently or years ago)
-you feel like your core is weak or disconnected
-you deal with leaking, pressure or back/hip pain
-you just want to feel stronger again

We’ll cover:
✨What is the pelvic floor & how should it function?
✨How to properly connect & engage your core & pelvic floor
✨Breathing techniques that actually work
✨ Safe, effective strengthening exercises

A little friendly reminder that today and tomorrow are going to be in the 70’s and sunny and the sun is setting later…..so this is your hint to stop doomscrolling, go outside and get some sun in your eyes and fresh air in your snoot!

Play with your dog, cuddle your cat in the extra warm window, take that walk around the block, whatever you need to make the world feel a little less heavy and dark right now ❤️ seasonal depression is real, the state of current affairs is weighing on everyone, and self care is always pushed to the bottom of the to-do list….take 5mins and regroup, ground yourself, take those cleansing breaths and then you can go tackle the world again.

Durning my practice I’ve discovered a lot of clients suffer from TMJ/ jaw pain and discomfort. Over the last several years clients have walked into my treatment room with migraines, painful clenching, difficulty chewing, tinitus, and other neck and jaw pain.

As a practitioner, I am constantly striving to provide the best care for my clients while also maintaining my scope of practice. Upon the completion of this course, I can now add TMJ assessment, intraoral massage, and temporomandibular joint mobilzation to my ever-growing scope!
