NAMI Family-To-Family is a FREE, eight-week education program where family members, significant others, and friends of people with mental health conditions (whether diagnosed or showing signs of a condition) come together to support one another and learn about mental health and strategies for taking care of the person you love.

You’ll also find out that you’re not alone. Recovery is a journey, and there is hope.
