Reinhardt Family Practice We are a family practice located in Altoona, PA. We are comprised of 5 Physicians and 1 Certified N This is our chance to guide you on staying healthy and well.

Services We Offer:
• New Problem Appointments – If you require help you can come to us. If we can’t diagnose it, and we almost always can, we will get you to someone who can.

• Procedures – We can perform minor surgical procedures, labs, B12 injections, immunizations, EKGs, PAPs, Lesion removals, incision and debridement care.

• Chronic Disease Management – We manage a wide range of chronic conditions such as High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Heart Disease, COPD, Obesity, and many others. We are experts in disease management and can help you extend your life and improve your overall wellness

• Prevention and Annual Wellness Visits – In the ‘old days’ this was a yearly checkup. Most insurances offer this yearly check up with no copay. Please be advised that any specific issues or concerns addressed during this visit will result in an additional charge.

Our healthcare providers see patients in Hollidaysburg and Altoona. We see sick calls the same day (please call early in the morning to schedule). We are on call for our patients after hours and round on our hospitalized patients every day.
