Before I officially add this to the schedule, I want to hear from you.
✨ Are you interested in Tai Chi at Rebel Wellness?
Slow, intentional movement.
Balance work that actually strengthens your nervous system.
Breath that teaches your body how to regulate instead of react.
This would not be fast fitness.
It would be controlled strength, taught by someone with years of experience. (More info at the studio)

If we offered Tai Chi, what would feel best?
• Weekday mornings 7 to 8am
• Late mornings 10 to 11am
• Early evenings 5:30 to 6:30pm
• When???
And would you prefer:
• 45 minutes
• 60 minutes
