Heat Retreat Sauna had the opportunity to be part of a customer appreciation event this past weekend at Eaum Yoga + Fitness — and it was an amazing experience.

From yoga class to dirty sodas, cold plunge, and sauna, it was the perfect mix of movement, recovery, and community. Nothing better than seeing people leave relaxed, recharged, and smiling!

Heat Retreat is proud to be part of the Second Annual Wellness Day on Saturday, February 28th from 8:00 AM–1:00 PM at the Eau Claire Golf & Country Club.

This elevated experience, hosted by Eaum Yoga + Fitness and the Eau Claire Golf & Country Club, is designed to reset your body, clear your mind, and help you reconnect. We are honored to bring our sauna experience alongside cold tubs for a powerful contrast therapy session that supports circulation, recovery, and mental clarity.

The day will also feature facials and B12 injections, cupping and acupuncture, breathwork, yoga, vision board creation, inspiring guest speakers, and a nourishing lunch prepared by the club’s private chef. It’s a thoughtfully curated morning focused on intentional self-care.
