Jcmh Home Care & Hospice has partnered with JCMH Home Health Products and Tamarack Assisted Living to provide a free Thanksgiving meal to FIVE families this holiday season!

We need your help!
If you know of a family located in Jackson, Kiowa, Greer, Harmon or Tillman county, please let us know!

🕯🕯Don't forget to save the date for our annual Light up a Life Ceremony! 🕯🕯
Join us for an evening of fellowship & remembrance of loved ones passed. Partake in a candlelight ceremony, enjoy an inspirational message and listen to the uplifting voices of The AHS BluHarmonix.
Light refreshments will be served.

All community members are invited to join. Upon entry you may provide the name of a loved one you would like to light a candle for.

No entry fee.
Donations are accepted.

Proceeds replenish the Hospice Memorial Fund in an effort to provide end of life care to those in need, regardless of their ability to pay.

Registration starts at 11:00 AM - Obtain scorecard at Salt Fork Drafthouse
When you've completed your ride, join us back at Salt Fork Drafthouse for dinner, live music & fun!

Bikes AND cars welcome to participate!

Route will start in Altus to Blair to Medicine Park to Lawton and back to Altus

$25 to participate
$15 for additional hands
