Dear Reliant Family,

We recently shared some exciting news about changes coming to your Reliant membership, and we wanted to follow up to make sure you saw it.

Pictured below is the recap and changes that are going to go into effect beginning April 15, 2026.

Your care officially transitions on April 15. Your medical records, treatment plans, and prescriptions all carry forward seamlessly. Nothing is lost — you’re simply gaining a broader team and better benefits at a lower cost.

We know that meeting your providers face to face makes all the difference. That’s why we’re hosting an open house at our Altus clinic on Wednesday, March 26 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. This is a casual, come-and-go event — no appointment needed.

Dr. Hudson and Dr. Bushman will both be there to introduce themselves, answer your questions about the transition, and talk through how virtual care works. Whether you’re curious about the technology, want to discuss your treatment plan, or just want to put a face to a name before April 15 — this is your chance.
This is also a great opportunity to ask about ScriptCo, our new GLP-1 pricing, or anything else about your membership. We want you to feel confident and comfortable heading into this transition.

We built Reliant to take care of Oklahoma families, and that mission hasn’t changed. We’re looking forward to meeting you on March 26 and continuing to serve you and your family for years to come.

🚨🚨!! ATTENTION RELIANT DPC ALTUS PATIENTS !!🚨🚨

Good Morning everyone! Just wanted to remind everyone that Tiffany Forster APRN-CNP will be out of the office from this Wednesday February 3- Monday February 9 and will be unable to respond to messages that are sent to her next week. IF YOU NEED ANY REFILLS OR NEED TO BE SEEN PLEASE CALL US AND LET US KNOW! After tomorrow no controlled substances will be able to be sent in until after February 9th. If you need to be seen for any reason, please call and get on the schedule for today or tomorrow so we can make sure everything is taken care of! Thank you for your understanding! Due do the continuation of inclement weather and the condition of the roads, we will be closed Monday January 24, 2026. We will be contancting all patients on the schedule tomorrow to get your appointments rescheduled. We will still be available for medication refills and other non emergent needs over the phone. Thank you for understanding and have a safe snow day!

Some of you may have heard but our favorite RN Brittany, here at Reliant Altus had to deliver her twin baby boys 16 weeks early. Everyone is doing great as of now but there will be many expenses in the coming months such as surgery costs, an extensive NICU stay and everything in between. If you feel it in your heart to donate any amount counts. Do not feel obligated to donate money if you have any non expired baby things you would like to donate as well or even just sending good thoughts or prayers, anything and everything is appreciated ❤️ If you would rather donate in person we will be accepting donations at the clinic during our normal business hours as well.
