Theresa is a CNA on 4North, and has been at JCMH for one year.
Her nominators say about her, "I saw Theresa walk in to a patient room and the patient was very agitated. Theresa never raised her tone or lost track of what she was doing. She told the patient that she was there to help them and to take care of them. The patient finally calmed down and followed her instructions. I was so proud of her because she never lost her composure and stayed focused on patient care.”
