From Bri and Justin,
We have an exciting announcement!
This past week we accepted an invitation to be featured on the “Entrepreneurs on Fire” podcast with John Lee Dumas!
This is a globally recognized podcast that has featured thousands of entrepreneurs such as Elon Musk, Tony Robbins, Barbara Corcoran and more and has built a reputation for real, practical conversations about business, leadership, and growth. It’s a platform many business owners listen to for insight and direction, and it has a reach far beyond our local market or even our industry. To be invited into that space is an honor. It signals that our story, our lessons, and our approach have value beyond our own walls. We’re grateful for that recognition and for the chance to represent both Rejuvenate and XOS Consulting on a stage like this.
One of the hardest chapters in our journey has been very recent and very personal. Your perspective changes fast when the person who started this dream is fighting just to feel normal day to day. There were weeks where focus was split between doctor visits, stress at home, and trying to keep the business steady for our team and patients. When Bri got sick, everything shifted overnight. The spa didn’t stop, but our capacity decreased significantly. We were juggling doctor visits, fear, exhaustion, and the responsibility of leading a team and caring for patients. From the outside, if it looked like business as usual, behind the scenes, we were in survival mode.
There were moments we were not the owners or leaders we normally are. Response times were slower. Energy was lower. Our focus was divided. The truth is, there were times we know we fell short of the standard we hold ourselves to. What stands out most from that period is how our patients showed up for us anyway. You kept coming in. You were patient. You were kind. Many of you had no idea what we were carrying personally. That support helped keep the doors open during a time when it would have been easy for things to unravel.
We’ll be sharing this chapter in full on the podcast, because the real story matters more than the polished version. We are incredibly thankful Bri is doing better now and that we are on the other side of that chapter. It was a severe, stretching season and it shaped us into more resilient and grateful owners. The version of our business people see today was forged in that fire.
Stay tuned for the release date! We can’t wait for you to hear it!
