🌱 Stuck in Your Head or Stuck in Your Feelings?

Many people swing between two extremes:
🔹 Feeling so much that thinking clearly feels impossible.
🔹 Thinking so much that emotions get pushed aside.

Both can leave us feeling stuck.

Your body and nervous system are always giving you signals. Ask yourself:
• Do I need to pause and notice how my body feels?
• Or do I need to slow down and listen to my thoughts?

When we tune in, we can begin to self-soothe, regain balance, and move forward without staying trapped in one mode.
