Why boycott dispensaries?
One of the most critical issues of our time is an issue 'the people' have been diverted into tragically misunderstanding to be about the 'cannabis' plant, when in fact it's about the very foundation of who and what you are as a life form on this planet and your naturally endowed rights to defend and sustain your life as such.

Are you satisfied with your current status in law with respect to your extremely fragile 'civil right' to grow and eat a carrot outside of commercial activity?
The equation of life necessarily endowed you with a human right to grow and eat a carrot, and the protection of such naturally endowed human rights is the foundational basis for the existence of the U.S. Constitution.

At present, and at the will of corporate influences, commercial jurisdiction has supplanted your human right with a reversibly fragile 'civil right' to grow and utilize natural plants, and such is the basis for jurisdictional authority to 'schedule' (regulate, tax, outlaw) beyond commercial activity.

Maybe you are satisfied with your fragile 'civil right' to live, but in your capitulation, the systematic resulting consequence of your life choice is to extinguish the natural rights of the yet unborn, so what gives you that right?

Please understand and consider the following questions:

1. Does government have jurisdictional authority to "schedule", or "regulate" your access to naturally occurring plants outside of commercial activity?

2. Do you understand that by agreeing to the government holding such jurisdictional reach as to essentially have authority to generally outlaw any natural plant species, does, in fact, extinguish your naturally endowed constitutionally protected right to grow even a carrot and that the only reason you can do so now is because they still allow you to?

3. Do you understand that by supporting and passing any "regulation" at this point (without first addressing the 1st question posed here), is viewed in the broader sense of the law as consenting to the jurisdictional authority and agreeing that government does have authority to generally outlaw any natural plant species and thereby your access to it even outside of commercial jurisdiction/activities?

The so-called cannabis issue is really a fundamental jurisdictional and human rights issue that anyone who eats food and is concerned about the privatization of the food chain should be deeply concerned about.

Considering the fact that all "legalization" laws are founded and exist entirely dependent on denying self-evident naturally endowed human rights and a continuance of the resulting crimes against humanity and crimes against the natural world we are all an inseparable part of, I'm calling for folks to boycott all dispensaries.

B.A.D. (Boycott All Dispensaries)
facebook.com/groups/BoycottAllDispensaries

B.A.D. believes that by boycotting all dispensaries we are refusing to accept and participate in the unlawful takeover of any and all naturally grown plants and our natural rights as people and inhabitants of this planet.

By refusing to support dispensaries we are refusing to allow corporate entities to profit off of natural plant-based creations that belong to all of us yet have already been overtaken by said entities.

By boycotting dispensaries we are saying we will not bow down to their unlawful takeover of any and all plants as it infringes on our natural human rights as well as universal rights and we refuse to support patent laws which include the U.S. Plant Patent Act of 1930, the Ex Parte Hibberd decision, 1790 Utility Patents and PVP which were created, not for the betterment of mankind, but for the prosperity of a selection of conglomerates of organizations and their governing institutions.

-Common Mistakes In Determining Patentability
A plant is defined by the USPTO as a living thing of natural composition. This physical form is made possible by the genes the plant possesses. These genes reproduce in a way that allows the genes to transfer to daughter plants. One common mistake is when plants are submitted as new or novel while containing these genes. New technology has made the defense at this level a standard practice. Other mistakes happen when a plant is submitted for patenting that doesn't meet the qualifications.

"Just Say, No Mens Rae"???

If you choose to use the defense of "No Mens Rae" you would be very wise to know and understand it completely. I would not rely on what you heard other people say about it. You better know what you are doing and you better understand it completely yourself.

I also would not stop my research at this post because this is a very small part of it.

Remember, these courts are known to be corrupt, remember they have been doing this for a very long time and they know how to minipulate the system to work for them, remember that they write and re-write the rules, the terms, the definitions etc.. to best suit them, remember they are pretty good at munipulating the jury and stacking the odds against you.

It is not our intent to discourage fighting these unjust "laws" by taking your charges to a Jury trial. It is only our intent to make sure you have an actual knowledge and understanding of the system and any defense you may or may not have or intend to use.

Please do not rely on the knowledge and understanding others have, but rather rely on the knowledge and understanding you have come to through your own research.

The following was taken from Wikipedia and is only meant as a starting point for your research.

Mens Rae -
United States
State criminal law
The vast majority of criminal prosecutions in the United States are carried out by the component states in accordance with the laws of the state in question. Historically, the states (with the partial exception of civil-law Louisiana) applied common law rules of mens rea similar to those extant in England, but over time American understandings of common law mens rea terms diverged from those of English law and from each other. By the late 1950s to early 1960s, the common law of mens rea was widely acknowledged to be a slippery, vague, and confused mess.[13] This was one of several factors that led to the development of the Model Penal Code.

Model Penal Code
Since its publication in 1957, the formulation of mens rea set forth in the Model Penal Code has been highly influential throughout North America in clarifying the discussion of the different modes of culpability.[13] The following levels of mens rea are found in the MPC:

Strict liability: the actor engaged in conduct and his mental state is irrelevant. Under Model Penal Code Section 2.05, this mens rea may only be applied where the forbidden conduct is a mere violation, i.e. a civil infraction.

Negligently: a "reasonable person" would be aware of a "substantial and unjustifiable risk" that his conduct is of a prohibited nature, will lead to a prohibited result, and/or is under prohibited attendant circumstances, and the actor was not so aware but should have been.

Recklessly: the actor consciously disregards a "substantial and unjustifiable risk" that his conduct is of a prohibited nature, will lead to a prohibited result, and/or is of a prohibited nature.

Knowingly: the actor is practically certain that his conduct will lead to the result, or is aware to a high probability that his conduct is of a prohibited nature, or is aware to a high probability that the attendant circumstances exist.

Purposefully: the actor has the "conscious object" of engaging in conduct and believes or hopes that the attendant circumstances exist.

Except for strict liability, these classes of mens rea are defined in Section 2.02(2) of the MPC.

Sheriff says 2 people on Craigslist offered to buy his car with ma*****na
DIVIDE, Colo. –Two people were arrested after they tried to trade four pounds of ma*****na for a vehicle being sold on Craigslist by the Teller County Sheriff.

Shawn Langley, 39 of Vail, contacted Sheriff Jason Mikesell after the sheriff advertised his personal vehicle for sale on Craigslist, the sheriff's office said.

Wait..... isn't cannabis "legal" in Colorado?
Well... Yes, But....

"Legal" does not mean lawful, "Legal" does not mean you have a right to it, "Legal" does not mean you can sell it, trade it, gift it etc...

The commercial legislation did not secure or reclaim a right for the people. What it did was secured a privileged in commerce only.

Legalized commercial use is VIA a license only... a license is permission to do what without it is unlawful.

IT'S TIME WE AMEND OUR STATE CONSTITUTIONS TO SECURE A CANNABIS CLAIM OF RIGHT FOR THE PEOPLE.

Who cares What Legalization Wants? Get into the Pot For Freedom with Americans For Cannabis and help Make It Lawful!
