At The Lev at Wi******er, we provide hospital-level clinical services in a skilled nursing setting. Our team is trained to manage complex medical needs, including:

• IVs, Central Lines, PICC Lines
• STAT labs & STAT X-rays (< 4 hours)
• Cardiovascular testing (EKG, Doppler, Echo)
• Bladder ultrasound
• LifeVest & defibrillator support
• LVAD management (MD/NP/PA onsite 3x weekly)
