🌿 Let’s Talk About Organic Blue Agave vs. Agave Nectar — & A Shop Update! 🌿

Many of you have asked why our herbal lemonades have been temporarily unavailable, and we believe in educating our community while remaining transparent — so here’s a little herbal wellness insight.

🍃 Organic Blue Agave vs. Agave Nectar — What’s the Difference?

Although often used interchangeably, organic blue agave and agave nectar are not the same.

🌱 Organic Blue Agave
• Derived specifically from the Blue Weber agave plant
• Minimally processed to preserve plant integrity
• Typically lower glycemic impact when used mindfully
• Closer to its natural state and aligned with holistic preparation practices
• Preferred in many traditional herbal preparations

🍯 Agave Nectar
• Often highly processed and refined
• May be blended from multiple agave varieties
• Heated at high temperatures during production
• Higher fructose concentration due to processing methods
• Marketed similarly, but nutritionally and energetically different from true organic blue agave

Over the past several months, many of our trusted suppliers began removing organic blue agave from their shelves and replacing it with standard agave nectar. Because ingredient integrity matters deeply to us, we made the intentional decision to pause preparing our herbal lemonades rather than compromise quality.

🌿 A Natural Shift in Our Wellness Journey

During this season, my continued herbalism studies have guided me toward deeper herbal tea consumption. In traditional herbal practice, it’s often recommended to drink herbal infusions 4–8 times daily to gently and consistently support the body.

This inspired something beautiful…

Our teas are:
