The patterns that show up in your life stem from an energetic root. Tonight we begin a three part discovery of our energy systems. I’ll teach you how to understand what you feel in your energetic body and how to transmute the patterns that no longer serve you.

Part 1- embracing the earth, aka grounding. You will get to know your energy and meet all that wants to be met in you. My intention is to share tools for you to know and heal yourself. Healing yourself means learning the particular lessons that life gives you, and coming home to the infinite, divine, and loving nature of who and what you already are.

I am excited to share with my followers an update on my practice. For over 30 years I have been passionate about helping others on their healing and spiritual journey, and have incorporated this approach into my bodywork. I am now dedicating my practice to Energy Medicine, Craniosacral Therapy and Spiritual Counseling, and I invite you to explore these offerings with me.⁣

𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲 is an ancient method of balancing the body’s electromagnetic field to address the roots of physical, emotional and spiritual imbalances.⁣
~⁣
𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝘆 activates the body’s inherent healing capacity by gently utilizing the craniosacral system (the fluids and membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord) to release restrictions and unprocessed emotions.⁣

𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 is incorporated into sessions and is a practice of embodied listening and mirroring to support you in cultivating presence and meeting hidden aspects of yourself. In my experience healing presence is more important than any modality in terms of facilitating lasting change.⁣

In my sessions I use my intuition as a guide and incorporate different tools based on your needs. My goal is to support you in greater self-love and self-awareness, to help you to overcome obstacles and have a meaningful relationship to life. ⁣
