Dashing through the snow, in a one horse open sleigh, for the fields we go, laughing all the way…….Santa makes a stop at Colonial Manor Nursing Home in the village of Middle Amana!

So much to be thankful for this year, our staff, volunteers, those elves and the delicious food that was donated, sweet treats made by hand by our volunteers and families and yes, of course the visit of Santa Claus!
We were also treated with beautiful music by our friend George and Pat and his beautiful Christmas music! And, even Santa got in on the singing .

So much to be grateful for this year. We are thankful for the families who support their families and our staff! And being engaged with their loved ones and our staff!

We have an amazing team, and an amazing administrator, Tanya Powell. We are blessed.

We had a visit from Gabby, a Patterdale Terrier from Safe Haven and her friends volunteers, Amanda and Alex.
The residents truly enjoyed here coming to visit today.

 Gabby said she is up for adoption. So come to visit with her. She would love the visit.

A beautiful Sunday afternoon brass band music concert! They played Christmas holiday music! Doreen and family.. Beautiful brass, horn music! The residents loved it! They even sang along with some of their Christmas favorites.
