🌸 International Women’s Day Spotlight 🌸
Today I want to honor a woman who played a huge role in the creation of The Core Essentials — my mother, Debbie Hernandez.
She is the one who helped name The Core Essentials, and more importantly, she is the woman who believed in my dream before it ever became reality. When I wanted to go to massage therapy school, she stepped in and helped me pay for my education, giving me the opportunity to pursue a career that has now grown into a passion, a business, and a way to serve others.
Her support, encouragement, and belief in me laid the foundation for everything The Core Essentials has become today. Without her love and willingness to invest in my future, this journey may have looked very different.
Debbie has always shown what it means to support your family, lift others up, and believe in the dreams of the people you love.
Today I celebrate her love, her strength, and the role she played in helping build this dream. 💜

Today we are proud to celebrate another amazing woman from The Core Essentials — Emily.
Emily is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a truly kind heart, and she also serves as an instructor at Amarillo College, helping guide and inspire the next generation of massage therapists.
Her passion for healing goes far beyond the treatment room. Not only does she care deeply for her clients, but she also dedicates her time to teaching, mentoring, and sharing her knowledge with students who are beginning their journey in this incredible profession.
Emily’s compassion, patience, and dedication to both her clients and her students make her a powerful example of what it means to lead with heart. The impact she makes through both massage therapy and education reaches far beyond what most people see.

Tally is a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist, a single mother to one amazing child, and is currently working hard in school pursuing her dream of becoming an Occupational Therapist.
Balancing motherhood, school, and a career in healthcare takes determination, discipline, and heart — and Tally shows all of that every single day. Her passion for helping others heal and improve their quality of life is evident in the care she provides to each of her clients.
