A lot of the movements people are afraid of… are the same ones we do every single day.
Bending down.
Standing up.
Reaching overhead.
The goal isn’t to avoid these movements.
The goal is to build the strength and capacity to handle them well.
At our last Lift & Learn, Dr. Evan Jones walked the Amarillo College PTA students through one of the most important patterns we train: the hinge.
Because when people understand how to move and load their bodies well, life gets a whole lot easier.
