Rest counts. Sleep counts. Taking a break counts.

And if you’re traveling or sitting more than usual, a little movement can go a long way. Nothing intense, just simple things like a short walk, gently getting your hips and ankles moving, a few easy squats or stretches, and some deep breaths to help your body settle.
