As a result of the power outage on October 9, 2025 at 2:00p, we are rescheduling our afternoon appointments and will notify patients to arrange new appointment dates and times.

We are so excited to announce that our office will soon be transitioning over to a NEW electronic health records system in June! 🎉

It will come with a phone app that all patients will need to install to access your health records, send messages to your provider, and fill out health information before your office visit 📲

It's time to clean out those medication cabinets! 💊

Please bring any medications that are unused, expired, or no longer needed to keep yourself organized and up-to-date to avoid medication misuse and overdose.

✅ Please bring:
- Prescription medications (including samples)
- Non-prescription medications (vitamins and supplements)
- Medications for pets
- Nebulizer solutions
‼️ PLEASE NOTE: LEAVE MEDICATIONS IN THE ORIGINAL CONTAINERS...ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL BE BLACKED OUT ‼️

🚫 Do not bring:
- IV fluid bags
- Oxygen tanks
- Nebulizer or glucometer machines

Should you be experiencing symptoms of COVID or the flu, we respectfully request that you undergo testing and notify your cardiologist prior to your appointment to obtain further instructions. We also request that you wear a mask in the clinical setting to protect other patients and staff members during your appointment time.
