Trikonasana 🔺 aka Triangle pose

A dynamic pose.
As the lower body is anchored in the earth the upper body is reaching to the heavens. This pose will open your chest, shoulders, hips & hamstrings while improving stability, balance, & coordination. Triangle pose will strengthen the spine and core simultaneously. Reap the benefits of trikonasana, incorporate this pose in your practice to help with alignment with your side angle pose, half moon pose & side plank pose.
