From zero to TWENTY pull-ups real quick! 💪🔥

Huge congratulations to Cassie Gonzales for crushing her first official kipping pull-up! This is what happens when dedication meets consistency.

Cassie didn’t just get one rep – she got 2️⃣0️⃣ in a single workout. That’s not luck, that’s pure hard work paying off in the best way possible.

We’ve watched her show up, put in the effort, and refuse to give up on this goal. Now she’s proven to herself exactly what she’s capable of. This is just the beginning.

Every goal you’ve got on your list? It’s waiting for you to go after it the same way Cassie went after this one. One rep at a time, one workout at a time, one day at a time.

The TACF night crew wasn’t about to let the AM squad have the last word! There’s nothing like some friendly workout banter to keep the energy up & team spirit strong!

We’ve made our picks for tonight’s throwdown, but honestly both teams are stacked & it’s going to be an incredible start to this year’s CrossFit Open!

Where you’re an early bird with the AM class or a night owl with Team PM, one thing is for sure— tonight is going to be EPIC!
