The TACF night crew wasn’t about to let the AM squad have the last word! There’s nothing like some friendly workout banter to keep the energy up & team spirit strong!

The grind doesn’t care about your excuses. 💪

These young athletes understand something most people never will: greatness isn’t built in comfort zones. Every rep, every sprint, every play, every moment of pushing past what feels possible—that’s where Champions are made.

While others are sleeping in, scrolling on their phone, making excuses, or waiting for the “perfect moment,” these athletes are putting in the work. They’re building habits that will serve them long after their playing days are over. They’re developing resilience that will carry them through every challenge life throws their way.

Because motivation comes & goes, so be disciplined, and show up when you don’t feel like it. The person you become in training is the person you become in life.

All jokes aside- burpees are literally for EVERYONE!

Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or you’re a seasoned athlete, there’s a modification with your name on it:

✨ Beginners: Step back instead of jumping, take out the push-up, or do them against a wall, chair or bench
✨ Intermediate: Classic burpee without touching your chest-to-ground
✨ Advanced: Classic burpee with full chest to ground push-up
✨ Expert: Add a box jump, weight vest, or hold dumbbells (if you’re feeling spicy🌶️🥵)

Why do we torture ourselves with these? Because in one movement, you’re hitting:
• chest and arms
• core
• legs
• cardiovascular system
• mental toughness (let’s be real, this is half the battle)

So next time your coach says burpees, don’t run for the door – embrace the suck! Your future self will thank you.
