Oceans Amarillo was proud to be the headline sponsor for the First Responder Crisis Conference in Clovis, New Mexico on February 25th-28th.

The conference brought together first responders including crisis-response teams, law enforcement, EMS, and community partners from New Mexico, Texas and across the U.S. and Canada to share best practices, training, and resources for responding to behavioral health crises among both the public and first responders themselves. It focuses on de-escalation, post-incident support, referral pathways, and building regional collaboration to improve outcomes.

It was also great to connect with our regional partners The Ranch at Dove Tree. Pictured: Karen Baird, CEO of The Ranch at Dove Tree, Jim Womack with Oceans Amarillo, alongside Micah Robnett and Kamdon Robinson from the RDT Business Development team.

Thank you to Nurstead Consulting Services for coordinating this conference and everyone who collaborated to make it impactful for our first-responder community!
