Charles Houston has been a resident of Amarillo, TX since 1980. He is a Nationally Certified Medical Massage Practitioner. He has studied a variety of healing modalities including Eric Dalton’s Myoskeletal Realignment Technique. He has been in private practice since 1995, where he currently specializing in chronic pain management. Charles founded the Amarillo Massage Therapy Institute in 1995 and taught the licensing program for the state of Texas for ten years as well as teaching continuing education since 2001, as a way to share his passion for natural pain management through mind-body healing. He has produced 2 instructional videos and currently focuses on teaching his continuing education classes throughout Texas. Charles is frequently used as a consultant for educational massage material and is listed as a reviewer for Pearson’s “Massage Therapy Blending Art with Science” by Patricia J. Benjamin.
