Huge shoutout to these incredible ladies for showing up and putting in the work! 💪🏾 The @806 Classic is no easy competition—it demands both mental and physical fortitude, and you all proved you’ve got plenty of both.
A special shoutout to Lady In-Power PT for taking home second place! 🥈 And — you might’ve had a different name on your shirt, but we know where you belong, and you represented us beautifully.
So proud of each of you for an amazing performance and a job well done! 👏🏾🔥

Also, a great thank you to and .wynell for taking time out of their busy schedules to judge. I believe judging is tougher than competing 😫So, thank you so much

We’re proud to have our very own coaches and one of our athletes competing in the 806 Classic this weekend! The event kicks off on Friday, October 17, and continues through Saturday, October 18.

Please note: there will be only a morning class on Friday (10/17) and no classes on Saturday (10/18). We encourage everyone to come out and cheer on these incredible ladies as they represent the T4L community with strength and pride! 💪🏾🔥
