Meet Lauren, Office Manager

Lauren was born in Columbus, GA and raised in Lubbock, TX. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Sports Exercise Science from West Texas A&M University and joined IPOW in 2021. Starting as a Laser Technician, Lauren worked her way to the front desk, where she now serves as Office Manager. Her favorite part of her role is connecting with patients and building meaningful relationships.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys the outdoors with her husband, Curtis—especially hunting waterfowl. When she’s not outside, she loves relaxing with a good book or her favorite TV series.

👋 Meet Ryley Rodriques, PT, DPT, NASM-CPT

Owner and Physical Therapist at iPOW Physical Therapy & Wellness, Ryley is an integral part of the team that supports your care every day. A native of Canadian, Texas, Ryley spent three years in the U.S. Army before earning his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Angelo State University. He later completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Temple University and became a Board-Certified Geriatric Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Board of Specialists.

In 2025, Ryley also became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and now leads our Bridge Program, helping patients transition from impairment to a long-term wellness and fitness lifestyle.

Ryley has extensive experience treating adolescent post-concussion syndrome and dysautonomia and has utilized the Redcord Suspension System since 2014—often found working “under the ropes” to help patients move and function better.

Outside the clinic, Ryley is married to Brooke, and together they have two daughters, Rylan and Reagan. He enjoys coaching club basketball, cheering on the Texas A&M Aggies, hunting and shooting, grilling on his back patio, and spending time with his family.

Our Story

IPOW Physical Therapy & Wellness is a locally-owned physical therapy practice specializing in the conservative management of musculo-skeletal injuries. How Are We Different? We schedule appointments in one hour blocks and treat clients one at a time. Patients do not have to "share" a therapist with other patients, nor must they work with a clinician of limited skill or autonomy. Each physical therapy session is a highly-specialized, one-on-one interaction with an experienced physical therapist. We believe this translates to faster results and a better patient experience. Clinical Director Ryley Rodriques, PT, DPT, GCS and owner Derek Neill, PT endeavor to provide progressive, evidence-based interventions that extend beyond traditional PT offerings. As the region's only certified geriatric specialist, Ryley is uniquely qualified to provide physical therapy and wellness instruction to the area's elder population while Derek's interest in neuroplasticity creates an atmosphere of dynamic learning and positive change.
