It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of one of our most faithful blood donors, Ronald James "Ron" Rogers.
Ron donated both whole blood and platelets at Coffee Memorial Blood Center 398 times. That means he spent over 800 hours of his life in our chairs—quietly, selflessly choosing to help others. Through his incredible generosity, Ron helped save the lives of more than 1,200 people.
Ron’s dedication to service began long before he walked through our doors, starting with his career in the U.S. Air Force. His kindness, humility, and servant’s heart were evident in every visit.
All of us at Coffee Memorial will deeply miss Ron and his faithful presence in our center. We are honored to have been part of his story, and forever grateful for the countless lives touched by his generosity.
We are thinking of his family during this holiday season and always.
