✨ Meet Lisa! Our Newest Pilates Instructor! ✨

Meet Lisa Schultz, our newest Pilates Instructor at Re-Form, who brings a deep understanding of movement through her extensive background in dance and fitness. Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree from New Mexico State University and is currently completing her STOTT Pilates instructor training.

Living with scoliosis, Lisa has personally experienced how mindful movement can transform strength, balance, and resilience. Nearly two years ago, after being advised by her healthcare providers to adjust her workout routine, she discovered Pilates—and with it, Re-Form. The practice has since become a cornerstone in her wellness journey.

Lisa’s approach is rooted in empowerment and education, helping others move with confidence and control. Her dedication, personal insight, and passion for sustainable movement make her an inspiring addition to our Re-Form team.
