🎉Sucess Story🎉
Some success stories touch our hearts a little deeper — and this one is especially close to home.💜Join us in celebrating Marsha’s incredible rehab journey and the special connections that made it all the more meaningful.
This success story holds a very special place in the heart of our administrator.
Marsha came to Landmark for skilled nursing and rehabilitation following a total knee replacement. A retired Hall of Fame educator, Marsha dedicated her career to teaching at Canyon Junior High and Canyon High School — where our administrator, Tia, is proud to be an alumna. Adding to the personal connection, Marsha’s husband, Jerry, served as Tia’s elementary school principal and later officiated her sister’s wedding as Justice of the Peace. They also attended church together as well.
During her stay, Marsha worked tirelessly in therapy, determined to regain her strength and mobility. Her commitment and perseverance paid off as she achieved her goal of returning home to join Jerry at their assisted living community.
Stories like Marsha’s remind us why we do what we do — they make our work meaningful and deeply rewarding.
Thank you, Marsha, for allowing Landmark to be a part of your rehabilitation journey!
