Here’s another familiar TC face, our amazing Director of Development, Kelisha! ✨

“I’ve been at Turn Center for 13 years,” she said. “As an OT, I got to see how much our services truly matter to families, and that’s why I wanted to move into fundraising. I want to be part of keeping this place around for generations of kids in the future.” 💙

Kelisha has managed to keep a small caseload of kiddos, too! Her advice to parents? “I want parents to remember YOU are the expert when it comes to your child,” she said. “We want your input and involvement because you know your child best. Teamwork makes the dream work!” 🙌🏻

“I recommend that parents spend time doing crafts and playing games with their children,” Tanya said. “Activities like making a craft or playing a board game can be so rewarding. Children get quality time with their parents while also learning functional skills that will be important later in life.” 💙

For the first staff feature of 2026, we bring you our fearless leader, Regan! She looks just as natural at a fundraising event as she does treating kiddos… Regan is truly one-of-a-kind! 🤩💙

“I love a good obstacle course!” Regan said. “These can be done anywhere and you don’t have to use any toys or equipment. You can work on following a sequence, motor planning and coordination, task completion, strength, and so much more depending on what you use! It’s also a great sensory-friendly activity and an easy way to get some wiggles out.”

As we return to the clinic, we need your help updating our records:

- Patient Information Update forms are available at the front desk. Please fill one out for each patient at your first 2026 appointment.

- If your insurance has changed, provide your new card to the front desk or call (806) 353-3596.

- We are in the process of verifying benefits and assigning new Insurance Benefit Forms in Raintree. Please check your portal this week and fill out and sign your forms as soon as they become available.

- Kids grow up fast! We will take new photos of each patient for our files.

Thanks for your help! We can’t wait to see you. 💙
