Babywearing is more than a parenting trend. It is a practice with deep roots and meaningful benefits for both you and your baby. Keeping your baby close can help reduce crying, encourage responsive feeding, strengthen attachment, and support healthy development. With proper positioning and safety in mind, babywearing can be a wonderful way to nurture your baby while still having the freedom to move.

Coughs in kids can be confusing. Is it croup or RSV? Both are common respiratory illnesses, but they show up differently. If your child’s symptoms seem severe or aren’t improving, it may be time to check in with your provider.

When do kids start losing their baby teeth? 🦷 Most children begin losing their first teeth around age 6, usually starting with the bottom front teeth. Over the next several years, they gradually lose all 20 baby teeth, with the last ones typically falling out around ages 11–12.

Even though baby teeth are temporary, they play an important role in chewing, speaking, and holding space for permanent teeth. Good dental care still matters!
