"On 3/21 my experience was not good. 4-1/2 hours in a room with just a chair when I was having back pain to tell me I had a viral infection. No bloodwork or anything was done. Like they didn’t care. Went back on 3/23 went back. They did bloodwork and X-rays. Positive for Covid pneumonia. Dr was very nice and caring. I was in and out in under an hour and a half." says Jennifer

"Dr. Mercado and staff handled my complex situation with ease. I have never felt more comfortable leaving an ER with a game plan than I did when I went to EER. They treated me like a human being and I will never be able to thank them enough for their compassion. Especially, Dr. Mercado.
