Completing training for Brain-Spotting Therapy this weekend. Looking forward to having more efficient tools to assist First Responders and Service Workers in our community. I look forward to having the skill to reduce the effects of trauma of all kinds and support clients in moving information from maladaptive to storage to healing.

The Covid 19 Pandemic has opened up the possibility of virtual counseling. Throughout the last year, clients have become increasingly comfortable with this format of engagement with counseling. Client communication indicates the following benefits:

1. Convenience
You’re a busy person and taking time off work to drive across town to a counselors office is a stress you don’t need. Hopping on a virtual call is far more convenient and time efficient.

2. Comfort
Staying at home in a familiar environment keeps your comfort level stable.

3. Openness
For many, the distance of virtual counseling allows you to be more open and honest with your counselor.

COVID-19 Update

All Sessions will be conducted via Doxy.me, an interactive secure and HIPAA compliant platform, for the week of March 23 through the 27, 2020. My office staff will be taking phone calls, however the office will be closed to the public.
