✨ Important Policy Updates for 2026 ✨
Dear Valued Clients,
As we move into 2026, I want to thank you sincerely for your continued trust and support. To better serve all clients and protect appointment availability, the following policy updates and pricing adjustments will go into effect January 1, 2026:
🔹 No-Show Policy
• Appointments that are missed without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
🔹 Cancellation Policy
• Appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
🔹 Payment Processing Fee
• A 3% processing fee will be applied to all non-cash payments (credit/debit cards, digital payments).
• Cash payments will not incur this fee.
These changes help ensure fairness, allow me to respect my time and energy, and keep appointment availability open for clients who are waiting to book.

Hey friends! I wanted to take a moment to talk about something that affects many small business owners like myself: last-minute cancellations.

I completely understand—life can be unpredictable. But when appointments are canceled with little notice, it’s nearly impossible to refill that spot. For small businesses, that means lost income and others missing out on care they could’ve really used.

To help manage this, I’ll now be applying a $20 booking fee. This helps cover the time set aside just for you, and encourages more consistent scheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, no worries—just please try to give as much notice as possible to avoid the fee.
