"I had the switch in December of 2022. My starting weight was 340 lbs and now I am 157. I have not taken family pictures in 10 years because I was embarrassed. We just took our first family pictures in 10 years. I have come a long way and still have a little more to go but life is so full now. If you are on the fence, choose you. You will not regret it."

"4 years since VSG. 80 pounds lost and a whole lot of LIFE gained! I used to try to “hide” in jackets. I avoided swimming and outdoor activities. I dreaded flying and having to ask for a seat belt extender. I’ve cried too many tears while standing on a scale. Since surgery, I’ve climbed the Manitou Incline in Colorado 4 times, I’ve swam, snorkeled, and kayaked in the ocean, I danced with both my boys on their wedding days, and I have the energy to chase after my grandbabies! I’m still not where I want to be. But seeing the “before” pictures reminds me how far I have come and keeps me on track for what’s still ahead!"
