The electricity is completely out in our building. Unfortunately Xcel energy does not have an ETA on when this will be fixed. We are still seeing patients, but be patient with us. Also, do not try to use the elevator.

CHA is currently experiencing having phone issues. The problem is not anticipated to be corrected for at least an hour. If your child is a patient of suite 2001 (Dr. McKenzie and Werner or Savannah) and is sick and needs to be seen today, you can walk-in prior to 3:30 to be seen. We apologize for the inconvenience.

CHA is closed due to deteriorating weather conditions. If your child is sick, please call the office for guidance. We will follow AISD guidelines tomorrow. If they close, we will close.

All phones and computers are currently completely down, likely for the remainder of the day. A semi truck hit a nearby power line that took out our service. If your child has an emergency, please take them to the nearest Urgent Care or ER. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Good morning. We wanted to let our families know that several of our staff are out sick this week. We are still open, but it may take some time to get through on the phones if you have a sick child. Please be patient with Mariela as she will be handling the front and the phones by herself. You can post here if you want a call back, but it will still take some time as I will be checking on requests between seeing patients. As always, we love our families and are doing our best to continue providing the best care in a timely fashion.
