οΏΌ Genevieve Brook is the Client Care Coordinator and joined the office in May 2025. She works to ensure every client receives exceptional care and is thoughtfully matched with the caregiver best suited to their needs. πŸ’™ Building meaningful connections is one of her favorite parts of the role, and she values the incredible people she has met so far. Working in home health care, she believes there is something profoundly important about helping individuals remain safe, comfortable, and respected in the place they know bestβ€”their home. πŸ’™πŸ˜‡

Originally from San Diego, California, Genevieve has lived in several places before settling in Amarillo in 2021. She is the proud daughter of a U.S. Navy veteran who served for over 20 years, and she is grateful for the opportunity to support Veterans throughout the Panhandle. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈOutside of work, she loves spending time with her family and doting on her four dogs.🐢

Good morning!β˜€οΈ it’s time to introduce our Sweet Ginger πŸ’™

Ginger was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas and comes from a close-knit family. She has been married to her husband for seven years and together they share a blended family of six children and eleven grandchildren. πŸ’™ Family time and holiday gatherings are especially important to her.

Ginger began her career as a billing clerk and dispatcher before spending several years as a stay-at-home mom. She later worked as an Administrative Assistant in home health care and joined Visiting Angels in August of 2021, where she currently serves as an Administrative Assistant. She is also an active member of the Senior Ambassador Coalition (SAC).πŸ˜‡

Ginger finds fulfillment in serving others and feels honored to be part of a company that supports seniors and the Amarillo community.πŸ’™πŸ˜‡

πŸ’™ Angel Arms: Comforting Hearts, One Doll at a Time πŸ’™

We are so excited to officially launch Angel Arms, a special community initiative in partnership with The Meemaw and Peepaw Project the nonprofit organization we are honored to support through this project.

Therapeutic baby dolls provide a powerful sense of comfort for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Holding these lifelike dolls can help reduce anxiety, bring calmness, spark memories, and restore a sense of purpose and love. For many, it offers peace in moments that can otherwise feel confusing or overwhelming.

The dementia community needs compassion, understanding, and meaningful local involvementβ€”and we cannot wait to see this project take off and positively impact our local community.

🧸 How you can help:
We are collecting baby dolls and baby doll accessories to donate to dementia clients in our area.
β€’ You are welcome to donate any doll or accessories of your choosing

Good morning it’s time for another introduction.πŸ˜‡πŸ’™

Shantel moved all the way from Michigan to Texas to escape the snowβ€”or so she thought! ❄️ She has been happily married to her husband, Floyd, for over 20 years and is a proud mom to two sons. She is also a proud grandmother to five wonderful grandchildren.πŸ’™

Shantel is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with 16 years of experience in home healthcare, including nursing and management. As the Hiring Coordinator, she plays a key role in building and supporting the Visiting Angels team by recruiting, onboarding, and helping ensure caregivers are set up for success from day one.

Outside of work, Shantel enjoys camping with her family and traveling whenever she gets the chance.β›ΊοΈπŸ’™

New year means new introductions.πŸ˜‡ The next couple of days we will be sharing our office staff and about them. Today we will start with Isabella Ballin our Operation Director.πŸ’™πŸ˜‡

Isabella Ballin has been with Visiting Angels since 2017, beginning her journey as a caregiver and steadily working her way through multiple leadership roles within the organization. Her career path includes serving as a Hiring Coordinator, Client Relations Specialist, and later spending two years in the Denton office as a Scheduling Coordinator. After returning to Amarillo as the Community Liaison Isabella was promoted to Operations Director in 2025.

With nearly a decade of hands-on experience in both caregiving and office operations, Isabella brings a deep understanding of client needs, caregiver support, and day-to-day agency operations. She is passionate about providing high-quality care to clients across the Texas Panhandle and is dedicated to helping individuals remain in the comfort of their own homes while improving their overall quality of life. Isabella truly loves what she does and takes pride in supporting both clients and caregivers every step of the way.

Outside of work, Isabella enjoys spending time with her husband, Shawn, of eight years, their son Beckett, and their two fur babies, Dobie and Mooney. She loves the outdoors and dreams of spending more time in the mountains whenever possible. In her downtime, she enjoys activities that keep her mind engaged. πŸ’™
